Absolutely superb breakfast for all nationalities, and accommodating and outstandingly accommodating staff. Particularly good and unbeatable location, unable to get food in a restaurant. Based not far from a Mall and Theme Park, the Pyramid Shopping mall and the Mall and eateries outlets. Totally wonderful stay for celebration.

It was reasonably priced, compared to other hip new hotels. They recommended a nice restaurant for breakfast.

The staff were not so helpful, didn't expect that coming.

I had a neat and well-designed room with a bed and everything was well-maintained.

I was there for 5 nights and ate at in-house restaurant which offer a variety of excellent food. The location was favourable for exploring this shopping area, close enough to the cafe and the Theme Park and the shopping center. Bandar Sunway district was worth staying in.

The room is good-sized with an absolutely breathtaking view on the park. The staff is really polite and incredibly nice.

Well-equipped room, big bathroom with bidet. Generally the service was excellent. Easy parking on-site. Location just next door to Sunway Pyramid mall, Sunway Lagoon and Sunway Convention Centre and restaurants and sunway lagoon as well very nearby.

The buffet breakfast is marvellous with lots of meals.

Wonderful property, clean, excellent service and reasonable value. New-fashioned unit with view too. Honest, exceptional staff, marvellous location really close to shopping mall and lagoon as well as the waterpark. Also, to shopping complex Sunway Pyramid & Sunway Lagoon.

Good and unbeatable location in the waterpark, good for visiting Kuala Lumpur. A free mini bar, a safe box, and a balcony available in the double room. Fast check-in and easy check-out, parking on-site...

Beds were not comfortable.

The room was functional and new-fashioned, breakfast was incredible. Feather pillows and hypo-allergenic pillows, big bed.

The hotel's location inside the mall was a bonus for us. We didn't have to worry about finding dinner as the mall had plenty of dining options open until 10 pm. Plus, being so close to Sunway Lagoon made it convenient for us to enjoy a day at the waterpark. And let's not forget, the hotel provided easy access to the mall, which made shopping a breeze!

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. The bathroom had a floating shower place which resulted in a fall for me twice, causing lingering pain in my left hand.

This place was amazing, we stayed here for 3 nights and the staff was incredibly friendly. Additionally, they also offered free parking.

Liked reasonably good and luxurious breakfasts, and fairly clean hotel.

The twin/double room was functional, new-fashioned, with a clean bathroom. The views were particularly nice! The pool was well-maintained and I had free soft drinks in the salad bar. Had opportunity to use wake up calls at no cost. Favourable and ideal location to attractions like Soju, that was right next to the hotel. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

The property was fairly clean and ideal. Accommodating staff, as it had to be. The rooms were recently refurbished & high standard.
